The Basics: In this map you play as a small Special Forces team trying to escape a war torn city after your latest mission becomes FUBAR. There are so many destroyed buildings, smashed cars and dead bodies you’d swear you were in Detroit. With narrow alleyways and streets littered with debris will you survive long enough to radio backup or will the local Ford Motor employees harvest your organs for spare parts?

What We Like: As is appropriate these days we judge a map’s appearance harshly! Fortunately, this map looks very good with lots of detail and nailing the theme of destroyed city streets and back alleys perfectly. It might be an ugly scene, but it looks good. Make sense?

There are lots of cool modern guns to play with, Black Ops 2 zombies, custom perk shaders and 8 total perks including Double tap 2.0.

The standard Hellhound dog models have been replaced by the aliens from COD: Ghosts Extinction mode which was a pretty cool addition.

What I thought was the best part of the map though was the challenge & reward system in place; where you have to complete 4 separate challenges and each time you complete one you are rewarded with a new badass gun and a free perk. Completing all of these challenges gives you the option of initiating an end sequence.

What We Didn’t Like: Really the only thing that bugged me was that if you wanted to get this upgraded mini-gun called the Meat Grinder you had to find like 10 of these hidden gnomes throughout the map. Like 3 or 4 would have been plenty, but 10?  That’s overkill.

Final Word: Very good looking and fun map especially with friends who can help spread the zombies out considering how tight the running room can be. The challenges were a blast and really added to the gameplay since it was more than just a buyable ending.

Hey Ladies and Gents,
Back in 2013 I uploaded a beta map by the same name that some of you guys thought was pretty neat. Over time I worked on the map on and off till one fateful day that my PC I was using for mapping died….
Since than I have since retried all the files but I really don’t have the time anywhere in the imitate future to get the kinks out of this thing 100% (I’m doing my HSC at the moment and it isn’t leaving me alot of extra time  :-[ )

Anyway this is the most recent working version of the map I was able to dig up in my files and I decided I would upload it for people to enjoy  :)

Special Note: I’d really like to thank SlashSgt for the textures on the map. I don’y know if he is still active and I haven’t spoken to him for about 2 years but I’d just like to say I really appreciated his help  :D

Kinda Glitchy Stuff:

*The Black ops perks have been disabled but before I could remove all the models my pc died so it is yet to be fixed…
*Some of the lighting is more dark that I would have liked (Once again I was unable to fix it before my PC shat itself) 
*Some of the textures aren’t as pretty as I would have liked.. (same reason as above)
*The music box feature has been removed but the model is still there (same as Perk models)

Other than the above stuff the map runs 100% fine and hopefully should be enjoyable for you guys to play :)

Cryogenic is a very fast paced I made just for fun. There is a lot of space to run around and there are some cool camping spots to eliminate endless zombie hordes. Since this is my first map there are going to be some bugs, but I do not plan to continue working on this map anymore since I just want to start on a brand new one. Hello Zombie Modding, this is my first zombies map I have made, and it’s theme is a movie theater. There are 9 rooms, a buy able ending, black ops perks, weapons, and solo quick revive, and my own perk called ‘octa-perk’. Octa-Perk allows for you to have 8 or more perks, and without it you are limited to 4 perks. The perk machines will also rotate (courtesy of M.A.K.E CENTS) at the beginning of every match, and rotate with the mystery box.

Warning, Tip, Notice, or Information.

It seems there are game breaking bugs/issues with this map that will not allow you to complete the Easter Egg.  If you are able to beat the Easter Egg, please comment below if you have finished this Easter Egg.

Also using the Fire Staff has been said to break the map.

Description

As many of you know The Bunker, my first map that I released in August was a buggy piece of s**t that I am ashamed of. I have been meaning to fix it and create an update for the map but with school and other projects I haven’t had any time. So I have decided to return to the project now to finish it and re-release under a new name. The Bunker 1965 features all the bug fixes for bugs present in the original, it features slight layout changes to the map, as well as balancing features for many weapons (staffs?). It also features almost entirely new texturing for the map, improved lighting and a completely redone pathing system for the zombies. This map will also feature the original easter egg with improvements to help with glitches. Again I apologize for the state of the original bunker but I am hoping this new version will make up for it.
