I decided to give myself a challenge to make a map in just a single hour! The rules I decided were that compiling, lighting, and linking, as well as putting all the mod files into the map’s folders and all that stuff didn’t count towards the 1hr mark as it’s just preparation. Then once I entered radiant, the timer started. Well I hope you enjoy it, nice and easy, no doors, just have some christmas-y fun! ^_^

Well here we go, in time for christmas, my YouAlwaysWin map entry is now here for all to downloas and enjoy as the map has now been played on YouAlwaysWin’s Youtube Channel.

My aim for this map was to really focus on variety of play-style for players in-game, hence why there are lots of different areas to enjoy.

You’re shivering. Your blood is freezing. Your lungs are barely able to breath. And you can feel something sinister in the air. How did a house like this ever get built in the Arctic? How could anyone ever have lived here? *Living* may not be the right term…

This is the last place you want to be on Christmas Eve. Either find a way out of this hell, or you’ll be spending your Christmas underground.

This map was part of the YAW 2017 mapping contest. It won  place!
As such, we only had 2 months to make this map, so that’s my excuse for the lack of detail

*NOTE: This map is very script-heavy, and with that comes a lot of bugs. I’ve squashed all the bugs I could find, including the ones YAW found, but I’m sure there is more. Please report any bugs you find (Be very specific with HOW the bug occured. GIF’s, and pictures help), and I’ll be sure to find the insecticide.

Christmas in Gotham City which has somehow been over ran with nazi zombies!?
Map is heavily Tim Burton themed, it includes custom models, zombies and music.

This map is only about 60% of what the original plan was, December came a lot sooner than I had time for. The map is still functional however there is no EE and big parts of the map had to be cut as they couldn’t be incorporated in time for release. Please give feedback if there is any bugs or game breaking glitches etc. This also isn’t connected to the YAW contest, I just made this map because I wanted to. You can also probably find some of the cut areas if you fly around in noclip.

Hello everyone! there is alot I want to cover. Firstly, this is not the whole map. This is less than half. The other areas are still work in progress and would be too much to tidy up for now. Next, all perk locations, wallbuy locations and custom guns on the map are not the same. They will be all moved and more guns will be added to the map. Next, There will be a ton more of content added to the map in final release (Scroll down to see next patch’s notes).

I would like to appologise to everyone who has been waiting for this map to update for months on end. As some of you may know, it is very hot in Australia and I prefer to work on my maps in cooler weather.

THIS IS NOT THE FINAL. THE MAP WILL BE BIGGER WITH MORE DETAIL AND FIXES!

The night of christmas just got a lot colder. The zombie outbreak started on this very night 1 year ago. Team up and defeat the evil by unvealing the true mystery behind the ghost of christmas past. Follow your unknown guide to complete your quest and stop the madness. This is your only chance of new hope.
