Return to WWII for a more classic World at War Nazi Zombies experience as you slay the undead using an arsenal of weaponry that would be available during the time.
The challenge system enjoyed by many players in SOG and Backlot returns. Complete the challenges to unlock more perks, then survive the end game to beat the map.
Samantha will not go easy on you. You’ve been warned.

Dawnville Low Detail:
“This is something all mappers should do.” – various people
The same as Dawnville, except all unnecessary detail has been removed from the map. The map has been covered in fog, and anything inside the fog will not be rendered. I recognize there is a significant amount of players that use laptops/lower end computers to play custom zombies. This low detail version of the map was made in an effort to make the map more playable to those players. I’ve done all I can to increase the FPS without removing any gameplay elements, but do recognize that it will not be exactly the same experience as the normal version. If this version does not run well for you, then you may want to look into purchasing a new PC. If this is the only version of the map you can run, you still might want to look into purchasing a new PC.

Trainstation Survival:
For those of you that like to do first room challenges, this is for you. Bouncing betties, bowie knife, and an STG-44 have all been added to the wall. The mystery box has been moved to the station as well. Keep the windows boarded and don’t let the zombies in. Aim for the head and kill them quick. Survive as long as you can.

Trench Defense:
“Love it!!” – Laggin24x
Defend a small trench line against the waves of undead. There will be no retreating as we do not have cowards in the zombie apocalypse.
Obtain perks and upgrades through kills and headshots. Survive as long as you can.

Graveyard Shift:
The dead rise from their graves and now they want you to join them. Your squad sets up in the church and prepares for a fight. With a mounted MG, weapons, and ammo; you must send the undead back to their graves. No magic. Survive as long as you can. Best played in coop.

FAQS:

Q: Why do the challenge rewards cost points?
A: In Backlot you would go down and as soon as you were back up you could run around and just get all your perks back for free. This made it too easy. The price was added to prevent that and slightly increase the difficulty of the map.

Q: Why do I have to get all the parts, build the wonder weapon, then pay for it?!
A: The wonder weapon proved to be over powered during beta testing, especially for how easy it is to obtain. It was nerfed and the price was added to balance it out. In future maps the weapon is less powerful and you won’t have to pay for it after building it.

Q: It says we completed the headshots challenge, but none of us are at 115 headshots?

A: The challenge code is based off how many zombie heads you destroy/explode. If you don’t kill a zombie with a headshot, but while it’s falling before it turns into a ragdoll you destroy the zombie’s head it will count toward the challenge, but will not add it to the coop leaderboard. It does show on the solo leaderboard though.

Q: Why does the character hold pistols funny in third person?
A: In World at War, pistols do not gib (blow limbs off). In order to make pistols destroy zombie heads so they would count toward the headshots challenge, I had to tell the game that the pistols are SMGs. Unfortunately this makes the character try to hold it like an SMG, but I’d rather that than the pistols not count toward headshots.

Q: How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop?
A: I lost count. You’ll have to ask Mr. Owl.

Q: Why are the zombies so fast?!!
A: I’ve always used Verrukt sprinters in my maps, but you can disable them before starting the map if you want in the coop game settings or before choosing a map in solo.

Q: WHY DO THE ZOMBIES GRAB YOU?! ANY MAP MAKER THAT DOESN’T REMOVE THAT IS STUPID!!!
A: It’s not that I don’t know how to remove it. It’s that I don’t want to remove it. I like zombies to be a challenge.

You can only play with 2 players at the same time. This is a bug from the UGX Mod 1.1. I will update the map when a working update is released.

Back Story



They thought they developed an endless source of safe power from things found floating in space. They created the GRAVITRON, which seemed to emit harmless radiation… or so they thought. After the accidental death on the station they found out different. That worker didn’t stay dead… The scientist attempted to lock it up in Sector 9 and escape to earth, but they didn’t know they and the entire earth were already infected. Three of the scientist teleported to earth while one stayed back to disable the space station. Little did they know what we know now. We must reverse the GRAVITRON. This should cure the earth and stop the infection from growing. 
First power up the teleporters and then go retrieve the keycards from where the scientist teleported and unlock sector 9. We can’t access Sector 9 without them. Then reverse the GRAVITRON. It’s up to you…

Or just play gun game, that’s fun too.

The Making Of ORBiT



This is Tudark’s, and my, 2nd map each, and our first map together. We set out with many goals, we feel we almost reached, and have learned a lot. We hope you enjoy ORBiT with limited bugs. To get the full affect of ORBiT you should play it more than once since many things change everytime you play.

CAUTION


 – Some fx don’t play when you first load the map, so it is always best to restart it once all players are loaded. Restart ORBiT just for fun to see all the different places you can spawn in!
 – If using t4m, don’t play on the highest settings, texture bugs could happen.
 – If game is crashing, and you have turned down settings, try turning off spec maps and playing in windowed mode

DESCRIPTION:
“Der Keres” is the next map in my custom zombies series following Overgrowth 115!  The premise of the map is that there are 3 different bases that connect across the earth: Der Riese (Germany), Der Eisendrache (Austria) and the most secretive base, Der Keres (Scotland). These three bases were constructed to form a path across Europe to allow Group 935 to expand to different environments and test conditions. A bunch of drunk Scottish weirdos find themselves randomly inside this abandoned German testing facility and so as any sane Scottish person would do, they arm themselves because they hear a noise. The screeches of the zombies get ever closer as they descend on the 4 lads, shouting “#HereWe” as they approach.

Hello everyone, I am releasing yet another map to the community.
It is called Zombie Campground, and it is one of my best looking maps yet.
I started making it in March, and I closed the private beta in April. 


ZOMBIE CAMPGROUND

List of features:
-Four original perks, along with Staminup, Electric Cherry, and Widows Wine
-Ported weapons from COD4, MW2, MW3, BO1, BO2 which where ported by me
-Custom Introduction (Helicopter Ride)
-Challenging 75,000 point ending (survive five minutes with no round gaps)
-Randomized Characters
-Ported viewhands from Origins.
-Every pap’ed weapon has an attachment or two
-Fixed knifing/zombies cannot suck you in

A few notes before you download:
-The name of the mod is ZombieCampground
-People playing in solo might have to launch the map a couple of times to get it to work

I put in some time into making spec/envmaps, so turn on specular maps for it to look great  :nyan:

PERKS:

this is a list of custom perks within the mod

BANANA COLADA – sliding causes you to leave a trail of slime making zombies trip and take damage on
BLADE-O-RADE – replaces your knife with a bowie knife and deals 30x normal melee damage
BLOOD BULLETS – slowly regenerate ammo for your current weapon, clip size determins how fast and how much (wont work in infinite damage weapons)
CANDOLIER – able to carry 2 clips worth of extra ammo in all guns
CASHBACK COCKTAIL – after every purchase you get 20% of the money back
DOWNERS DELIGHT – able to use primary weapon when in last stand with full ammo and a longer bleedout time
GUARDIAN ANGEL ALE – when hit you get a temporary godmode lasting a few seconds, then it will need to cooldown
INCINER-BRANDY – 40% chance to set a zombie on fire when shot, causing extra damage for up to 6-8 seconds
MAGNET MARGARITA – normal powerups will move towards the nearest player with this perk, stoping before reaching them to give them the option to take it or not
NITROGEN COOLED – zombies close to the player will slow down to a wlaking pace, and will speed up again when too far away
NO BEAR BREW – no teddy bear from box and box randomizes faster
NUKE-A-COLA – when down you will set off a nuke powerup
PACK-A-BOX – 20% chance of getting a paped weapon from the mystery box
POINT CRUSHER – earn up to 100 extra points rounded to the nearest 10 on a kill and 10% chance of 20 points on a hit
REPAIRMAN RUM – barriers are repaired twice as fast
RELAXING TEA – able to go to and from round 100 by holding aim + use, zombies will have the health of round 100 zombies, zombies spawned at round 100 will die when returning
