*Before going into detail, I first want to say this is my first map. Mods aren’t heavy besides a few added extras and of course the UGX Mod 1.0. 

Features:
– 4 Original Perks (Edited Quick Revive, the cost increases 250 the next 2 times you use it)
– Jogging / Running zombies from the start (Start zone is open enough to run around)
– 0 start points
– 1000 point random box
– Lowered Wall Weapon Prices and Ammo (M9, Winchester, AK-74U)
– Easter Egg type steps to unlock a 3000 point Pack a Punch 
– 0 Spawn Delay between zombies 
– Longer round switch time to cope with the upgraded difficulty
– Custom Trap
– Auto Turrets

A little about the map:

I’m fairly new to the zombies community in regards to actually creating maps. I wanted to make a map I had an idea for back in 8th grade. The maps overall layout is not great, and the style isn’t too awesome, but I wanted my idea to come to life. The map is not very big, I’d say overall a medium sized map. There is some detail but for the most part has an upped difficulty which requires more run room. Either way, I hope you all enjoy this map, and even if it sucks, thank you for playing it. I did try my best to recreate my old idea. Also keep in mind, my next maps are gonna have a much better layout and detailing in them. Like I said, this was just an old idea that I wanted to come to life.

It’s finally here! UGX Requiem is the latest map from the UGX-Mods team – featuring UGX Mod v1.1.
 
Map Features:
  • Winnable Ending – You won’t be buying your way out of this one! Fight your way to the finish to earn some awesome rewards and tools to lead into a high-round game or just a couple rounds of fun!
  • Buildables Table – Build the parts for the power switch and one other item later in the map! Keep track of what parts you have by pressing TAB (solo) or ESC/Pause (coop).
  • Insane Objective – Prepare for one of the most fun objective sets you’ll ever experience in Custom Zombies! Some say it rivals Treyarch in creativity and fun!
  • Awesome Side Quest – No map is complete without a worthwhile side quest! See if you can find it! The reward is worthwhile.
  • Lots of Perks – Requiem features every single perk ever made in official Call of Duty Zombies except for Electric Cherry and Vulture Aid. We believe that EC is overpowered and unneeded, and VA is just a useless terrible perk.
  • Melee Weapon – Hack and Slash your way through the zombie apocalypse! Make sure you beat your friends at finding it!
  • A Freaking See-Saw – Take a short-cut to escape the zombies! Screw over your friends by leaving them behind! The fastest way to end a friendship.
  • Dynamic Weather – The rain will transition from storm to drizzle randomly while you play – there’s also thunder and lightning. When you walk into buildings the sound of the rain will change to an indoor tone.

What is up guys and welcome to my first ever map.  Now guess what?  Its NOT a box map LMAO.  Now this map took me about 2 months to create and even though I did make it and am totally biased – I think its good.  This map was created for YouAlwaysWin as a timed exclusive and then given to a few YouTubers.  But I am happy to announce it is now available to all.

The map is based off the Stephen King film “The Shining” set inside The Overlook Hotel.  The main aim of the map is to simply survive and obtain the buyable ending.

Now for those of you who noticed it looks a little different – the redness – this is down to a setting in the game being changed.  Now by default SPECULAR MAP is set to NO but here he has it set to YES.  When it comes to you playing on release just make sure this setting is set to NO.

Features:

– Dynamic Level Pathways! Each corner of the map must be fed with the souls of dead Bubble Buddy zombies! Raise a platform to reach the outside lane of the map by filling the soul chests.

– Play as Spongebob and Patrick!

– Unlockable PaP Machine! Survive until round 15 and then pay Patrick’s rock a visit!

Grid Lock

Version 1.3.1 By: mala15

Grid Lock is a tug-of-war style zombies map.  The map is divided in many “grids” which spawn zombies. If a zombie move through a grid in short enough time, it becomes unlocked and zombies spawn there. Players can lock these grids again from a already locked grid, by holding it for a time. In short, players try to push or hold the zombies back. There are different ways to move upwards in the map, and these ways connect a few times before getting to the end where pack a punch is located. Along these main paths to PaP, there are also alot of hidden rooms that can be opened which also connects in different ways. There is a mission/easter egg of sorts, which players need to finish to win.

Tips for new players:
-Use betties EVERY round….you can build up a “cushion” of bettys to absorb zombies when you loose control.
-Gamble as little as possible until you get to “tiered” gambles. You can get upgraded weapons from tiered gamble.
-Get betty and grenades as soon as possible…..the first rounds should be very easy if you do.
-Use the betties in locked grids and in dangerous spots, not in a random unlocked grid.
-Pull back as soon as the zombies get close, and never stay in a spot where you can easily get stuck or blocked off.
-Always reclaim a grid at the end of the round for safety and points.

-Get points by rebuilding the windows in the bunkers.
-Find and shoot the perk “signs” and artillery pieces for points. You may get negative points but it is skewed toward positive points.
-Keep track of points and wallet limit!
-Try the wall-buy shotgun, you don’t get less points for using it. And snipers are op if your aim is ok.

More advanced tips:
-If a grid is very wide but not long, make sure to pull the zombies along the wide side(so as to not unlock that grid yet), until you get pushed back and have to let them through the short side of the grid.
-If you choose not to open all doors you can make very long “lanes” at different places in the map, in which you can use as your fighting lane.
-Let the red glowing(terminator) zombies come to the front before killing them so you can get the drop. Same with green(invulnerability), purple(double points or quick foot) and yellow(instakill).

-Tiered random weapon with a chance of upgrade(also normal wall weapons).
-Challenges randomly generated with different rewards.
-Upgrade station with perks, break time, lock-down speed and more.
-Bloodier combat.
-Bullet impact force on zombies.
-Many secret rooms and map connections.
-Inverted tug of war gameplay.
-Damage based point system….points are divided between players in ratio to how much damage each have done. Each zombie gives 100 in damage(divided between damage dealers), 10 for kill, potential 20 for headshot.
-Therefore every weapon gives the same amount of points (auto minigun only rewards kill and headshot).
-Wallet system.
-Black Ops perks.
-UGX mods.
-Very few train spots.
-Super hidden secret upgrades.
-Short duration(15s) instakill, terminator and double point.
-Many small script changes.
-Probably stuff I’m forgetting  :-\

Challenge mods:
Timed: time limit.
Punishing: loose progress for doing the wrong kind of killing or damage.
Decreasing: progress slowly decrease over time.

More mods means higher chance of better reward.

Tips:
-Always stay behind green lines, no zombies can spawn there.
-Upgrade break time to get to know your escape route, upgrade, discover secrets and unlock perks.
-Let zombies close to the “soul filler” areas when you got good weapons and an open escape route.
-Many places to shoot from and support from while your team(or you) absorb a wave or pull back.
-Turn around if you need to escape so you know where you’re going.
-Pull back when zombies close in on your face. :troll:
-Be ready for boss.

Story:
You have been sentenced to death for treason by some empire. Execution method is arena style tv show where prisoners fight zombies for a chance at a pardon. Many have tried, few have succeeded. An A.I count your points and keep score, allowing you to purchase stuff for points. Entertain or die. :accepted:

Known bugs:
-If you upgrade break while its break, it sometimes break for longer than break time.
-Impact force from minigun is a bit varied.

Story 
You are aboard the Battlestar Galactica. A space battleship on a quest to find Earth. All of a sudden three ships are picked up on DRADIS. It’s the Cylons. (Cylons are a race of robots that were made by humans, then turned against them. Red Alert can be heard throughout the ship. Admiral Adama gives the command to launch all the Vipers. After a few minutes all the Cylon ships are destroyed, and the Vipers return to Galactica. A short time later you hear screams. They’re members of your crew running at you. Something is not right, they are trying to eat you!! The Cylons must have somehow infected the crew.



HOW TO WIN
You must destroy all 11 hidden Cylon spy devices 
 
Once done you will be able to buy the ending !

I am thinking of starting a series of custom zombies with a twist. Basically every week me and a couple of friends, are gonna be playing zombie maps created by different map creators that submit maps to us! And at the end of the month we will vote for witch map we think is best out of all the submissions! Now you don’t necessarily have to create the map in a weeks time, work on the map and send it whenever its finished, Only difference is you will be competing with different maps. We are thinking of giving something as a reward to wieners. But we are not sure yet what that can be?

Maps will be criticised on:
-Is this map fun to play? (difficulty)
-Is this map detailed or just a box looking map?
-What is unique about this map?
-Are there any out the map glitches?
etc. 


Now I am in the process of trying to find map creators that would be interested in submitting, before I start this series! And that’s why i’m posting on this post :D

Description

Hey Ladies and Gents,
Back in 2013 I uploaded a beta map by the same name that some of you guys thought was pretty neat. Over time I worked on the map on and off till one fateful day that my PC I was using for mapping died….
Since than I have since retried all the files but I really don’t have the time anywhere in the imitate future to get the kinks out of this thing 100% (I’m doing my HSC at the moment and it isn’t leaving me alot of extra time  :-[ )

Anyway this is the most recent working version of the map I was able to dig up in my files and I decided I would upload it for people to enjoy  :)

Special Note: I’d really like to thank SlashSgt for the textures on the map. I don’y know if he is still active and I haven’t spoken to him for about 2 years but I’d just like to say I really appreciated his help  :D

*Some of the textures aren’t as pretty as I would have liked.. (same reason as above)
*The music box feature has been removed but the model is still there (same as Perk models)

Other than the above stuff the map runs 100% fine and hopefully should be enjoyable for you guys to play :)
